REFUND POLICY

NowCast offers a 7-day free trial for all new users. During this trial, you have full access to NowCast Live, Lock Signals, VIP Signals, Smart Money, Morning Edge, Lock Tracker, and all paid features. This gives you ample time to evaluate whether NowCast is right for you before any payment is processed.

NO REFUNDS AFTER PAYMENT

Once your free trial ends and your subscription payment is processed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Unused portions of a billing cycle
  • Changes of mind after subscription
  • Missed signals due to user downtime
  • Losses from trades based on signals
  • Subscriptions that were not cancelled before renewal

CANCEL ANYTIME

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page on nowcast.trade. Cancellation stops future billing — you will retain access until the end of your current paid billing period.

EXCEPTIONS

We handle the following cases individually via support@nowcast.trade:

  • Duplicate or incorrect charges
  • Technical issues that prevented access to the service for an extended period
  • Unauthorized charges

All exception requests are evaluated case-by-case at our discretion.
